RFQ & Feasibility

  • Customer issue a Request for Quotation with technical specs.
  • Manufacturer assesses feasibility (technical, tooling, cost, timeline).
  • Both parties agree on the model (OEM/ODM), budget, and milestones.

Mass Production & Delivery

  • Production Launch: Raw material sourcing and full-scale manufacturing (stamping, plating, molding, assembly).
  • Quality Control: In-process checks and final inspection (often using AOI).
  • Delivery: Products are packaged and shipped as agreed.

Design & Development (ODM focus)

  • Concept Design: Manufacturer creates 3D models for your approval.
  • Detailed Engineering: Detailed drawings and simulation analysis (e.g., mechanical stress, electrical performance) are performed.
  • Design Freeze: Final design is reviewed and locked for prototyping.

Post-Production Support

Ongoing support includes quality tracking, technical assistance, and potential product iterations.

Prototyping & Validation

  • Sample Making: Tooling begins, and first prototypes are built.
  • Testing & Validation: Rigorous tests (electrical, mechanical, environmental) are conducted per standards.
  • Sample Approval: Customer test and approve samples before mass production.

Q1.Are you manufaturer?

Yes,we have our own factory in Shenzhen,China.

Q2:What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?

Normally,MOQ is 10pcs,but special requirements can be accepted.

Q3: What is your terms of payment ?

Accepted Payment Type: T/T,L/C,PayPal or other payment methods.

Q4: What is the delivery time?(How long do you need me to prepare my goods?

1-7 days for sample orders,10-21days for mass production orders(based on different quan-tities,OEM,etc.),and negotiate the lead time if any customization required.

Q5: Could I print my logo on the waterproof connectors?

Yes. We welcome OEM&ODM,please inform us formaly before our mass production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6: How will you deliver goods to me?

We ship by air and sea generally.In the mean time,we cooperate with international expressessuch as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT to enable our customers to get their goods rapidly.

Q7: How is your product quality?

Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And it is CE, RoHS etc. compliant.
And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our quality according to AQL standard.

Q8: What is your warranty?

Our warranty is 12 months after delivery, we pays high attention to after-sales service.
